When I look up my orders on shop.fogcreek.com, The download link only shows me the installer for the platform I used when I first purchased. How can I get a different one? e.g. I bought FogBugz for Windows but want to switch to Unix or Mac.

To switch platforms, just email us at customer-service@fogcreek.com with one of your order numbers and the email address you used to purchase and which platform you need. We will switch you over in our system so the download page will provide the installer you need. |
