I do not want fogbuz to assign automatically a priority when auto-replying to a inbox message. For some reason it automatically assing the priority, which may cause customer relationship issues when I decide to change the priority

In the settings, you can specify a different default priority for new cases in the system, which also applies to cases that come in via the inbox. This will affect all cases though, so manually entered cases will also be given the default priority if a different one is not specified. Also, you might be pleased to know that FogBugz will only send out automatic emails to users on the system (ie. people with a login account) that are involved with a case. This means that an email will not be sent to a person who sent in a case via email unless you explicitly send them an email via FogBugz. So, feel free to change the priority for those cases and don't worry about your customers getting emails they should not be getting! |
