Hi Guys,

I was asked to create a new Project so a user of ours could manage it. I created it, it's called Feature Requests and I've pretty much made it the same as the Project I run.

The issue here is that every time I create a new Case I get this:

Thanks!

Your case report has been submitted. When it has been fixed, you will be notified by email. Remember, it is your responsibility to check if the resolution is satisfactory and close the case after it is resolved.

Case #13907 does not exist or has been deleted.

I'm stumped as to what this could be. Anyone having the same issue?

(We have the latest Fogbugz for Unix systems)

Is this just for one user account? – Rich Armstrong Mar 3 2010 at 19:12

I talked to the guys that setup this FogBugz install and it turns out that what I had to do was just select a Specific person as the Primary Contact in the Areas of the Project instead of leaving just "Primary Contact" under the Areas.

After doing that you can create cases on that Project.

I'm glad you got it sorted out and thanks for updating us here. this still looks like buggy behavior to me so I'm going to open a case to investigate – adambox Mar 4 2010 at 16:53
I think so too, the guys here told me that the install was originally for Windows and then they moved it to Unix and that's an issue that arose from that change. – Hondalex Mar 4 2010 at 18:40
