Question

I had to create a virtual user yesterday because we have a new hire and we'd run out of licenses, so when I switched the user from virtual to normal I had to provide a password and send an email manually to the new hire. (poor me...)

Since FogBugz does not send the welcome message to virtual users, can we add a "switch to normal user and send them a welcome message" checkbox option. Otherwise with my site settings I can't just perform the switch and leave the password for them to determine.

The workaround for this is to send the user an email with the "Forgot Password" link in it and let them set their own password. The concern here would be that it would confuse users and result in a lot more support traffic to add support for this particular use case.
