I'm subscribed to the escalation report in FogBugz and it sends me an email for EVERY overdue open case. I only want to see certain ones, like a project, my cases, someone on my team I'm managing, or maybe even cases from a filter. Is this possible? Other customizations would help too: the template of the email, when the report is sent, etc (feel free to add your requests here as a comment)

The escalation report feature is currently all-or-nothing. It sends a list of cases which are open and overdue. As of FogBugz 8.0, Plugins are able to send email. One could write a plugin which emails its own customizable escalation (or any other) report. Up-vote this question to show your support for adding this feature. |

Escalation reports are currently sent out every day, even if it is not a working day. I would like to be able to choose on which days the escalation report is sent. |
