Hello fellow Fogbugz users

I'd like to know which is the best iPhone application for Fogbugz. I've looked on the iPhone App Store and found the follwing three applications.

  1. Bugztopia.

  2. Case Control.

  3. Inbugz.

Is there anyone out there making use of any of these products that can give me an idea of why you chose a particular application over the other?

Thanks

I use Bugztopia, but it's been quite a while since I compared all the offerings (as in, since they were all in beta :P) so take my answer with a large grain of salt

Do you like using it? Is it actually usable? – Rowan Mar 1 2010 at 19:12
So far I'm leaning towards Bugztopia or Inbugz, and I think Inbugz looks slightly better – Wasca Mar 9 2010 at 0:02
To be honest, I don't use it that much but it definitely does the job. – adambox Mar 10 2010 at 15:26
I'm using Bugztopia now. Well, not really using per se... but I occasionally check a case using it if I'm on the road. It works fairly well -- no real complaints. – Rowan Mar 16 2010 at 7:35

I haven't tried any of the existing apps, but maybe someone could use this specification as inspiration for creating a useful FogBugz iPhone app.

InBugz doesn't seem to be available any more.

I bought Bugztopia. It's painless and fast. Two restrictions I've encountered so far:

  • it doesn't display screenshots which users have submitted by email

  • it doesn't deal with accented characters correctly when submitting new comments. This won't be a problem for a lot of users, in mixed-language environments it is a pain. I submitted this information to the software producer but haven't received any feedback yet, so don't know whether they received my message or whether they intend to do anything about it. (A lot of producers focus only on the english-speaking market and don't really care if other languages aren't properly supported.)
