I have SourceGear Vault v5.0.2 and FogBugz 7.0.22, both on Windows servers. I've followed the integration instructions I've found on both vendors' sites with the hopes of at least demonstrating entering a case number in Vault's Check In dialog and seeing the check in in FogBugz's check in list. However, my test from vault did not affect the FogBugz case.

My FogBugz URL is very simple: http://fogbugz.mydomain.com. In Vault's administration, I picked my Vault repository, selected FogBugz as the Bug Tracking Application and entered http://fogbugz.mydomain.com as the Bug Tracking Integration URL. Since it is a fully licensed copy of FogBugz, I left the FogBugz Trial ID blank. Both servers are directly accessible to each with no firewall or proxy issues between them.

Is there something more I need to do for this to work?

SourceGear suggested I watch their video (http://people.sourcegear.com/~linda/FogBugzVault.swf). I didn't think I would see anything in the video since I had watched it before, but sure enough I saw one critical step I had glossed over: restarting the client. I restarted my vault client and now the check ins are showing in FogBugz.
