If a developer is waiting on a non-developer type (who is not a licensed FogBugz user) i.e. Marketing, Business Development to complete something (let's say a Spec or a branding design) before he can begin developing but he is already working on cases for that Milestone, how do we account for those tasks that he is dependent upon?

Dependencies are set per-milestone (not per-case). You'll have to split those tasks which depend on the non-FogBugz group out into their own milestone, get a delivery date for the spec, and set that as the start date for the milestone. This will allow you to see via EBS whether the non-FogBugz user is going to impact delivery date. |
