Question

I know with FogBugz Internal Errors, I have to enter my email address in the form and click submit to send them to Fog Creek (and contact them separately if I need a personal response). Is the same true for errors (exceptions) in Fog Creek-authored plugins?

Exceptions in Fog Creek plugins are not currently reported automatically. If you see one, please expand the error and copy and paste the message into an email to us along with the steps you took before the exception occurred.

We have a case open (linked in the question above) to consider adding a reporting mechanism for our (Fog Creek) plugins.

If the plugin was produced by a third-party (as listed in the Plugin Gallery where you downloaded / installed it), please report the error to the plugin's author. You can find the plugin author's email address by going to Admin -> Plugins in your FogBugz installation and clicking the envelope link next to the appropriate plugin.
