I have a case 1234. If a customer emails in with the text "case 1234" in the body of their email, a case relation is created. Is this intended?

Yes, this is the intended functionality. When FogBugz processes incoming emails it looks for a variety of strings that resemble links between cases and adds associations between these cases accordingly. If you're looking for the ability to remove incorrect relations, be sure to check out this question, but the short answer is that you can't currently do this through the FogBugz web interface. It is on our radar to add this functionality though. Please up-vote the question above if you would not like FogBugz to create these relations. |
