The workflow plug-in is great and lightweight, but I need to make sure all cases in a project get assigned to a specific reviewer.
Workflow should let you choose "reviewer" as the assignee for a status, and have that be a person set on each case. If no user is set on a case for reviewer, it will fall back on the primary contact.
The purpose is for workflows where you have a different person who reviews work done (in kiln or otherwise) for each case. When the case is resolved, you don't want to bug the primary contact about it, you want it to go to the designated reviewer.
