FogBugz checks a mailbox and creates cases in the Inbox project when emails are received. How do I have it notify more than one person instead of just the project's primary contact?

This can readily be done by making the primary contact of the project (Inbox in this case) or area be a virtual user and then setting up multiple emails for that user. For example, if you have a user Bob (bob@example.com) and one Sue (sue@example.com) who you want notified when an email comes in, create a virtual user named something like "Up for grabs" with the email "bob@example.com,sue@example.com". Edit the Inbox project and set "Up for grabs" as the primary contact. You can do this per-area as well. |
