We have received a mail with the following subject line in the source:

Subject: =?iso-8859-1?Q?RE=3A_Neues_FogBugz-System=3A_Auflisten_aller_F=E4lle_=28C?=
         =?iso-8859-1?Q?ase_31092=29?=

which would be (correctly decoded):

RE: Neues FogBugz-System: Auflisten aller Fälle (Case 31092)

However, FogBugz decoded it like this:

RE: Neues FogBugz-System: Auflisten aller Fälle (C ase 31092)

Not only does it look ugly, but because of this, it was attached to a new case instead of appending it to the existing case.

Fog Creek Case FC1846668

This is definitely a bug. It's been fixed and should be going out with the next version of FogBugz. Unfortunately though, at this stage in our development cycle, I don't know exactly when that will be.

That was quick - thanks! – Arsène von Wyss Feb 5 2010 at 8:54
It would be awesome if you can post the version in which the fix is shipped. Thanks – Nicolaj Schweitz Feb 18 2010 at 11:30
Sorry about that, this fix has been available as of version 7.2.3. – db Feb 18 2010 at 16:48
