We have a Windows 2003 R2 Enterprise SP2 server that was running FogBugz 6.1.11 successfully. We attempted the upgrade to FogBugz 7.1.13 using setup-7.1.13.exe. During the upgrade we received an error that said that setup couldn't set the site to ASP 2.0 and to make sure to manually set it to ASP 2.0. We did set the site to use ASP 2.0.50727 and made sure that is was also allowed in the Application Extensions in IIS. For some reason we cannot navigate to the site. We receive the IE error "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". We verified that the domain account DOMAIN\Fogbugz is using the correct password.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Dan

You can run the setup.exe from the command line and add the /debug flag to it to see if any useful information comes up.

I got the same exact error. However, I found that fogbugz was in error when it said there was an error.

The site was properly set up to use ASP.NET 2.0 after all.

Make sure that the FogBugz application pool is enabled.

If you're running in a 64-bit environment, make sure ASP.NET 2.0 for 32-bit is enabled in addition to the 64-bit version.
