Expected Behavior
When replying to the case submitter and adding a BCC recipient that the BCC recipient would not be visible to the submitter by viewing the case in FogBugz.
Actual Behavior
When viewing the case via its public url (https://example.fogbugz.com/default.asp?810_8sgunsbg) the BCC recipient is shown in the case history.
Steps to Reproduce
- Reply through a case to its submitter
- BCC someone on the reply
- Check the case via its public url to note the visibility of the BCC recipient to anyone who has the public url (e.g. the original submitter)
