Click on a case, click reply, accidentally click reply
This sends an email to the person who opened the case. How would I retract that email?

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding, but email doesn't work that way. If you've sent someone an email, it's now in the hands of their email server-- you cannot un-send it. |
