I would like to add snippets or automatic content to outgoing emails. (specifically the sender name and the case subject)
Is this possible?
WE can't rely on users to remember to do this.

You could use the BugMonkey plugin and some jQuery to add the info to the page when a user was about to send an email. It wouldn't be "after the fact" (i.e. they'd be able to edit it) and I'm not 100% certain how you'd do this, but it should work. |
