I've got a lot of important data on my Wiki as our team uses it as an information exchange. If this was to disappear for any reason it would be disastrous, so is there a regular backup taken that can be reinstated if there's a problem? If so what's the process of reinstating it?

Short answer: YES! Slightly longer answer: The Wiki portion of your FogBugz On Demand site is stored right alongside the rest of your FogBugz data inside a SQL Server database on our servers. We take your data's security and safety very seriously, and as such, backups of your database are taken regularly.
