Problem: Many of the characters used in the Fogbugz keyboard shortcut layout are not easily accessible on other keyboards than English layouts (UK, American, or other).

Expected: The ability to customize the FogBugz shortcut layout to use character that are easily accessible on Danish (and, I would guess, other standards)

Reproduce using e.g. a Danish keyboard layout.

  1. Do a common workflow in FogBugz using keyboard shortcuts for e.g. Next/Previous Case "[" or "]". These are accessed using Alt+8/9.
  2. Another case is using "\" for "Working On". "\" is accessed with Alt+Shift+7.
  3. Other character are "=" using Shift+0, "@" using Alt+', and "?" using Shift+"+".

(You can use the Danish keyboard layout on wikipedia if you want to refrain from acquiring a physical)

Nicolaj, I have opened a case to evaluate the possibility of adding the customization you request.

Same problem for Swedish keyboards. Since so few has commented this, it either shows that Fogbugz has few European customers, or that few people use the short-cuts. :-)

I suspect that many European customers use US keyboards. Especially programmers. – Michel de Ruiter Aug 5 at 20:07
@Michael: That doesn't help the masses of us that do NOT have such keyboards. – David Schmitt Aug 10 at 6:36
