"Date-Modified is a read-only always field and can't be changed" occurs when we attempt to run several "p4 fix" commands in rapid succession via a script.

This is a known issue with Perforce DTG Integration & FogBugz.

Here's a workaround: Make your script sleep between the 'p4 fix' calls. This will resolve the issue.

Some users have reported that Perforce won't allow any additional commits to a case which has previously returned this error. If you're experiencing that issue, you'll need to apply your Perforce changesets to a new case in FogBugz (make a case; apply changesets; resolve case as duplicate of the original.)
