Adding the option of some sort of multi-select for the custom fields would be great.

For example, instead of separate checkbox fields for each of these areas, group them in one list:

Dissatisfied With:
  [ ] Documentation
  [ ] Installation
  [X] Web Site
  [ ] Software

We have a case open to consider adding a multi-select type custom field to the plugin.

	It hasn't been put in a release target, but the case is on our radar. We keep a careful eye on requests here and how many votes they have as well as emails and calls to make sure we are working on issues important to FogBugz users. – adambox♦ Jan 6 2011 at 18:14
