How about an extension that would allow recording a video and then embedding it YouTube style?

I read the answer to the question titled "Screenshot app to capture from Clipboard" which recommended using the "SnagIt" application to extend Fogbugz Screenshot (http://fogbugz.stackexchange.com/questions/466/screenshot-app-to-capture-from-clipboard).

Currently, I use CamStudio to record the steps to a bug, save the vid locally, copy the file to a network drive and post the address to the bug. I'm not even sure embedding a video is possible within Fogbugz at all?

It's not possible to embed a video into FogBugz, but that is a reasonable feature request.

As to the screen shot tool, we have no plans to add any functionality to it. There are other people who do this much better than we do, so we usually refer customers to those products.

I do the same thing, except I have camstudio save the video as an .swf and then I attach that to a FogBugz case. I bet someone could get clever with BugMonkey (or a FogBugz plugin) and have the .swf case attachments automatically swapped out for an embedded flash player hooked up to said .swf. Hmmmmm.
