When I try to use the FogBugz screen shot tool, it doesn't work.
When it does work, I can't do much with it. I can crop once and highlight an area, but not add notes or arrows or more than one box.

First, make sure that the screen shot tool is pointing to the right URL. You'll find the URL in the lower-right corner of the screen shot tool window. If this doesn't match your FogBugz URL, you should change it to match. (Note that FogBugz On Demand runs only on HTTPS URL's, so if your URL looks like http://try.fogbugz.com, you should change it to http**s**://try.fogbugz.com.) Next, try taking that URL and opening it up in Internet Explorer or in your system's default browser. Try logging in with "Remember Me" checked, and then trying the screen shot tool again. If it's still not working, we'll want you to try two things before contacting us with the results:
If you need more functionality than the FogBugz Screen Shot Tool currently provides, you can either use SnagIt, which offers FogBugz integration and has robust editing capabilities, or you can use the excellent and free Bug Shooting. |

We have adopted snagit, which rocks and has great fb integration... |
