Okey, as recommended, i've learned to divide tasks by 3-8 hours length. I have a group estimation process.
So now i'm entering new tasks and trying to do some rough date planning on that data.
I don't want to estimate tasks by myself, because i want the team (or concrete devs) to have final estimates so they can learn to estimate and because fogbugz uses only original estimate for all the real things.
I want EBS to take unestimated tasks with some reasonable historic averages (monte-carlo on historic data would do greate, i think) and produce me rough planned dates.
I guess that could be done with a "simple" checkbox on reports page.
