I would like to have multiple users have the ability to resolve and close issues in one step. It looks like only the Project's Primary Contact has the ability to do this in one step, but other users are required to do this in two steps (first resolve, then close). I'd rather not make the Primary Contact a virtual user since I use the Primary Contact for auto-assignment in the workflow.

You could use the Workflow plug-in to set the assignee to any virtual user on the appropriate resolution statuses. Then, Resolve and Close will be available to all. You don't need to make the primary a virtual user to do this. |
