We have two different FogBugz accounts for two different products. In the future we'd like to combine these two FogBugz accounts into one account. We use the hosted FB service.
Is it possible to combine FogBugz accounts?

No, sorry, it's not possible to combine two separate FogBugz databases. If we stored all customer data in one big database, this might be possible, but since FogBugz can contain sensitive information, we maintain a separate database for each account. |
