In my company we are implementing Microsoft CRM for the Sales process, at the end of the year we are going to use the service ( Cases) part of the CRM. We want to create some king of integration with Fogbugz so in the CRM Case if you have to you can create a Case in Fogbugz, Anyone has done something similar? any ideas how to do it?

We have limited experience with Microsoft CRM, and in the two cases I found, customers used Microsoft CRM instead of FogBugz, not in concert with it. As long as Microsoft CRM has integration points, I'm sure we can integrate with it. The question is how? |

Did anyone ever make progress with this? I am looking at creating cases in CRM through workflow - and then using workflow to push to fogbugz... maybe back again on close... |
