Question

Currently I'm using an RSS feed for the following filter:

"All cases in Project X opened yesterday or today"

This works ok, except that I sometimes get "new" entries into the RSS feed when a case is edited.

How do I create the filter so that only new cases are showing as new items in the feed?

or alternatively how can I get this information via other means?

If I use the AutoSubscribe plugin I also seem to receive emails for edits, rather than only new cases.

You can add this token to the filter -viewedby:"me" and will only show cases that you have not seen.

I read the documentation and not found a way to say -viewedby:anyone maybe fogcreek people can tell us how to if this is what you want.
