We receive a large number of support requests which can all be satisfied with a bulk response (e.g. "upgrade to the latest version"). Is there a way to respond to issues in bulk?

While you can check off multiple cases in the grid view and bulk-edit them, at this point there is no mass reply action. The easiest thing may be to create a snippet for your commonly asked questions, that way you can respond quickly to each with a few keystrokes. |
