Found a few simple bugs that happen when you switch between 'plain text' and 'rich text' in the text editor for cases.
When you switch between the two fast after a uncertain amount of time the HTML source replaces the plain text and the rich text option no longer works. The inability to use the rich text was contiued through the reopening of the saved case though the source code was remade to have the HTML source code of the original displayed with new HTML source. like & being displayed with & so that text would go through this change
& into & and the source would go from & to &
Replicated a few times my self not sure what causes it but thought that it might cause other issues down the line
Edit: found that if you do the changing between them to the broken saved case you can get a popup saying do you want to lose your formatting to change to plain text and it went back to the way the editing started
Have not done any professional bug reporting so don't know if this is a clear format so if not clear just ask for clarification.
