Would it be possible to have inactive users show up in the filter drop-down menus? I understand that we don't want them as options in things like "assign to" when editing a case, but it would be nice to be able to go back and see what they resolved, closed, etc. |

Not sure if you still need this, but a workaround is to use the search axes (e.g. ResolvedBy:"{username}", OpenedBy:"{username}"). |
