Currently, there is no ability to alter the hierarchy of wiki articles via the xml api. My reasoning for wanting this is that I am working on a tool that pushes documentation to our wiki page. Currently it finds already existing pages and updates them. However, if I create a new object that I would like to have documentation for, I can only create a new article that gets put under the root of the wiki. I would like to be able to specify a parent article or something (similar to how editing a bug allows this with ixBugParent) so that I don't have to manually go and edit the hierarchy afterwards.
