It would be great if when you reply to an email in FogBugz it automatically set the 'working on' case to be the case associated with that email. The 'working on' feature is a great way to track time spent. However, it's also a bit of work to remember to specify it.
This could be implemented either in core functionality or as a plugin. If the necessity to enter a time estimate interrupted workflow, a default time for responding to emails could be optionally entered which would automatically be specified. I'd be very grateful if FogCreek would consider this, or alternatively if someone would consider writing such a plugin. Thanks!
