Question

The "Remind" button at the bottom of the Grid View appears to have an inconsistent behavior.

• It seems to show up if I use a saved filter
• It does not seem to show up if I'm doing an ad hoc search
• Some of our users can't seem to get it to show up at all - ever.

Can someone please help to explain the different conditions that result in having the button available? Is it based on filter, user type, etc?

The "Remind" button is shown under the following circumstance:

1. If you are an administrator OR
2. If the list of cases you are viewing:
   1. Did not come from performing an ad hoc search AND
   2. Only a single project's cases are being shown AND
   3. You are a project admin for that project
