Can you put in an "assigned on behalf of" field? many of our worker bees are doing all the legwork for their bosses, and they want to be able to note this in the tickets so when the managers search they can look for this specific field.

You can add a "Assigned on behalf of" Person field using the Custom Fields plugin. Once installed, just go to Admin -> Plugins -> Custom Fields -> Add new custom field. |
