Is there currently a way to use the fogbuz web controls in a plugin page?

I'm looking to use the time drop down control that FogBugz has inside of a plugin page. Is this available for plugins?

Take a look at FogCreek.FogBugz.UI.Forms, and in particular, FogCreek.FogBugz.UI.Forms.TimeInputField.
