We just switched from local user accounts to LDAP. As people began logging in to convert their local accounts to LDAP accounts we encountered a few local accounts that did not perfectly match our LDAP user names or emails. The result is that they have new permisionless LDAP accounts with no history and local accounts with permissions and history they can no longer access. What is the procedure for 'removing' a new LDAP account so that the local account can be corrected and converted on a new login? Or migrating the local account data to the LDAP account.
