Is it possible to create a filter that shows all resolved cases that have been in a certain status like "needs more info" or "to be tested by user" for more than x (7, 14, whatever) days? The idea is to create a kind of "testing backlog" . If the person who requested a change has not tested the change for some time, we want to remind him/her because we don't want to leave an untested change dangling around in our systems.
