FogBugz crashed and showed me an Internal Error page. It said something about reporting the error to Fog Creek. Do I have to do anything to report it?

I entered my email and clicked submit, but I haven't gotten anything back? Why not?

1. When you see the Internal Error page in FogBugz, it is not automatically sent to us at Fog Creek. Please enter your email address in the box and click submit to let us know about the error.

2. When you submit an error in this fashion, you will not get an email response unless we need more information on the problem. If you would like a personal response, please use the form on fogcreek.com and make sure to use the same email address to make it easier for us to find the error you submitted.

Note: exceptions in plugins are handled separately. Third-parties can choose whether they want to put exception handling and reporting into their plugins. See this question for Fog Creek-authored plugins.
