I would like to change the priority of 22 cases without having to open each case and edit the priority individually. Is there a way to select a group of cases and then modify the priority in all of them as a group?

Yes, it is possible to perform a bulk operation on multiple cases. Follow these steps to modify the priority (or other information) in multiple cases en-masse.

  1. Select the cases that you want to modify.

  2. On one of the highlighted cases, click on the context menu icon (it will appear over whichever case your mouse pointer is hovering over). The context menu will appear. At the top of the context menu will be the words "# Selected Cases."

  3. Select the Edit menu item from the context menu. The Bulk Operation screen will appear. At the top will be a list of cases that you selected in step #1. Underneath this list will be a case detail information edit area.

  4. Change whatever information you want to modify (in my "case," it was priority).

  5. Select the OK button when you are done making your changes.

Note: FogBugz help contains an entry for "Bulk Operations." When I originally searched the help for information about doing this, I didn't know exactly what to search for.
