Hi There We use fogbugz at work, with >2500 users. We have about 40000 cases in the database. We use a tier-1 SQL server on a high-end machine.
When users submit a new case it takes many minutes (sometime close to 30 minutes) to get an email notification out. I'm wondering whether other users have experienced similar issues, and what was the solution?
We're using fogbugz Version 8.6.50 (DB 786, Build 0)
