<p>We have virtual users created for each of our four development teams. However, determining the workload for a team is not straightforward.</p>
<p>Here is the desired behavior:</p>
<p>When displaying cases assigned to a virtual user, also display the cases assigned to the users who are members of that team.</p>
<p>My guess is that a plugin is the way to go here. Correct?</p>

If a case moves from being assigned to a group to an individual, it wouldn't show in the group filter, would it?
