<p>Lets say I am working in a particular project. 100% of my time assigned to it. Then there is a milestone defined for that project and a number of cases assigned to that particular milestone. Then there are a bunch of other cases not assigned to any milestone.</p> <p>How does EBS take into account those cases? Do they affect the predictions for the milestone?</p> <p>If they do and I am not expected to work in them until the milestone is closed. What is the best way to handle that?</p>

<p>We have several mailboxes in our Fogbugz 8 setup. We would like when our customers reply to emails that the "From address" is the address of the mailbox where the mail originated not the default "From address" that is setup in the "Site Configuration" screen.</p> <p>Are we missing something or is this the expected behaviour?</p> <p>We believe that in the "Mailbox Setup" screen there should be a field called "From address" to achieve this.</p>

Thanks Isaac, we now that is how it is supposed to work. In our installation the &quot;from address&quot; is always the address in Site Configuration and not the address from de mailbox.
