<p>So we've created these wonderful case outlines with no task > than two hours and the estimated and elapsed time roll up nicely to be summed for each parent case. Worked great.</p> <p>Until we stared closing cases. As soon as we do the Estimate (Current) column goes blank and we have no way of seeing which of these went over and by how much. I can hardly believe it.</p> <p>Anyone have any suggestions for making this information visible as this is essential to giving our developers feedback.</p>
