<p>Sometimes a case gets assigned back and forth between me and our support manager. It gets a bit fiddly to click Assign and find him in the popup.</p> <p>I would like to see an easier way to manage these "conversations" - a Reply button that reassigns the case back to the person who assigned it to me.</p>
