<p>Without having to purchase 70+ licenses for the non-IT users that we do work for, how can I allow Correspondents access to the case list and the actual history (all comments etc) which a community user doesn't allow? They do not need to update/change cases just view them. </p>

<p>I'm afraid that's not really a workflow supported by FogBugz. Correspondents are allowed to view correspondence (i.e. email) via the "Community Users" feature and public/anonymous case views, but in order to view a case's non-email comments, they need to be a "Normal" user.</p>

<p>Could we create a single user login and give it to users in order to view the non-email comments as opposed to creating separate user accounts for each?</p>
