<p>You need to make sure msadox.dll is registered on your server. You can either try to reinstall MDAC via the Microsoft download site (<a href="http://msdn.microsoft.com/data" rel="nofollow">http://msdn.microsoft.com/data</a>) or search for the file msadox.dll on your computer and run "regsvr32 msadox.dll" in the directory where you find it.</p>
