<p>I forwarded an email response (received via my regular email) to our Fogbugz email address to have it appear in the corresponding case.</p> <p>But instead of turning that forwarded email into a regular case event, or at least turning <em>my</em> email into a case event but displaying the forwarded email (which is a normal .eml attachment), all it shows is this:</p> <p><img src="http://i.imgur.com/wFEwe.png" alt=""></p> <p>Since .eml forwarded mails contain all the information that's in the original mail, it would be great if the original email could just be added; at least it would be nice to give .eml attachments a nice inline display.</p>
