<p>The "Remind" button at the bottom of the Grid View appears to have an inconsistent behavior.</p> <ul> <li>It seems to show up if I use a saved filter</li> <li>It does not seem to show up if I'm doing an ad hoc search</li> <li>Some of our users can't seem to get it to show up at all - ever.</li> </ul> <p>Can someone please help to explain the different conditions that result in having the button available? Is it based on filter, user type, etc?</p>

<p>The "Remind" button is shown under the following circumstance:</p> <ol> <li>If you are an administrator OR</li> <li>If the list of cases you are viewing: <ol> <li>Did <em>not</em> come from performing an ad hoc search AND</li> <li>Only a single project's cases are being shown AND</li> <li>You are a project admin for that project</li> </ol></li> </ol>
